Cancellation Refund Policy

No exchange/Return if the original tag is missing

It is requested to not use the ordered eyeglasses/sunglasses and preserve their original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on your ordered eyewear but please ensure adequate measures to preserve its condition. Any request for return or exchange will not be entertained if the original tag is found to be missing. 

During Pick Up, the delivery agent might do a quality check on the return. Please make sure to hand over your exchange/return parcel with proper tags and original packaging. 

In case the tag is found broken or missing from the product upon return inspection at our warehouse, YourSpex will not be liable for a refund.

In such cases, we may have to charge the customer the logistic cost to send the product back.

**NOTE**

YourSpex provides exchange or refunds only on products that preserve their original condition, tags, and packaging and no request for return or exchange will not be entertained if the original tag is found to be missing.  

All the products sold through https://www.yourspex.com will be returned with a charge of 150/- rupees. During the return, Please make sure to hand over your exchange/return parcel with proper tags and original packaging.

Cancellation Policy

Sunglasses & Eyeglasses

  • Customers can cancel their order by logging into their account or can call YourSpex customer care at +919354529454 or send an email to [email protected] to request cancellation.
  • Cancellation would be allowed only till the time the products have not been dispatched from YourSpex warehouse. Post-dispatch, no cancellation is allowed.
  • We do not allow partial order cancellations. No refunds will be made in case of partial order cancellation/return.

Offer Specific Cancellations

In accordance with the above rules, kindly refer to the offer’s detailed T&Cs page to know the specific cancellation rules of that particular offer.

Unethical Purchase & Cancellation Policy

  • In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and YourSpex will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers in all such cases.
  • If it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning/canceling the same; Under this circumstance, YourSpex reserves the right to charge a substantial return/cancellation fee (which could also be the entire order amount) from the user if similar charges are also borne by YourSpex.

 

Return Policy

Eyeglasses & Sunglasses

  • com offers a 14 day no questions asked return policy to all its customers.
  • Customers can raise a return request by logging into their account or can call YourSpex customer care at +919354529454 or send an email to [email protected] with order details.
  • Post return request, customers are required to pack the entire product including packing material, invoice, all accessories and keep it ready for pick up.
  • Post pick up, our QC team will verify if the product has not been used and is in good condition for further sale. Plus, all the items have been sent back. In case product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory is missing, YourSpex can deny refund to the customer.
  • In case of Eyeglasses/ Prescription Sunglasses, no return/refund will be offered if wrong prescription values are entered at the time of order placement. As a practice – we match the prescription values with the valid prescription uploaded in our system. In specific cases in which we cannot read the uploaded prescription – we will call to confirm the prescription values.
  • If it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning the same; YourSpex reserves the right to charge a substantial return fee from the user.

 Contact Lenses:

  • Contact lenses cannot be refunded if their packaging has been opened/tampered.
  • In case you wish to return Contact Lenses, its box & the lenses inside the box must not be opened. It will still be non-returnable if you've opened the box however, the lenses inside are unused.
  • Return is only possible if the box and the lenses inside the box are still sealed and accessories, warranty/instruction papers are still intact.

 

Return Policy in Case of RTO

In case of RTO, no charges will be levied. All other T&Cs applicable.

Your satisfaction is our goal at YourSpex. This is why, if you’re not so happy with your purchase there’s an easy refund policy for you to avail.

Our quality team will verify all returned products to check if the same has not been used and is in good condition for further sale. Plus, if all the items have been sent back & are completely intact. Post which the refund will be processed.

Refund Cycle:

Complete refund process takes about 14 working days from the time the product is received in our warehouse. This includes time for product pickup, quality inspection, confirmation & refund initiation.

Category-Specific Additional Refund Guidelines

Contact Lenses

Return/Refund is only possible if the box packaging and the lenses inside the box are still sealed and any additional accessories, warranty/instruction papers are still intact.

Return/Refund cannot be processed if:

        1) The box packaging has been opened/tampered.

        2) The box & the elements inside the box (lenses) are opened.

        3) The lenses inside are unused but the box is opened.

 

Lens Cleaning Wipes

Due to safety & hygiene measures, YourSpex Lens Cleaning Wipes are a Non-returnable product.

Branded Eyeglasses & Sunglasses such as RayBan etc

There will be no refund or exchange on all premium products.

Refund for Branded Eyeglasses and sunglasses will be processed manually and might affect the refund timelines.

Warranty Policy | Terms & Conditions:

Quality is at the core of the products sold at GKB Eyecare.com. The frames sold at GKB Eyecare are made from the best quality acetate and steel or titanium.

GKB Eyecare offers a 14 day no question asked return policy applicable from the date of delivery. 

One-year conditional warranty on all our eyewear, applicable from the date of delivery.

Warranty Timeline

  • One year conditional warranty is offered on all our eyewear, applicable from the date of delivery.

Warranty includes

This warranty includes: damages caused to the product due to corrosion, rusting, coating burst/peel off, peeling of color and color fading, Photochromic colour mismatch from one lens to another in the same Eyewear.

Warranty excludes

GKB Eyecare warranty does not cover: Product breakage, scratches, damages caused by accident, mishandling, negligence, shock, tampering and loss of components or accessories, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear & tear.

Warranty conditions

  • This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period.
  • This warranty is valid only when purchased through yourspex.com.
  • The decision of the company on the nature of the defects and applicability of the warranty will be final.
  • The company will, in no event be liable or obligated for the payments/refund of any special incidental or consequential damages.

We have a separate Warranty policy for all the Branded products which includes Ray-Ban, Oakley, Armani Exchange (No return/exchange) etc.

Warranty requirements

Please ensure all three requirements below are met for us to process your warranty claim:

  • Please email the pictures of the product to be duly validated to [email protected] along with the order ID.
  • Pack all the products properly in a single box to avoid any transit related damage.

Please send back all accessories received along with the product to avoid any delays in claim.
