Transit Time
Courier/Air Mode: Maximum transit time is 7 days.
Sea Mode: Transit time is estimated to be 6–7 weeks.
Packaging
To deliver the best, our lenses are safely and securely packed in individual envelopes.
All orders are packed with export-worthy materials in a 7-ply corrugated box.
For added safety, products are wrapped in bubble wrap and sealed for extra protection.
Insurance
Goods are insured based on the INCO terms as outlined in the agreement. This ensures complete transparency and coverage for your shipment.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination of the order. The actual charges will be shared during the order confirmation process.
International Refund & Exchange Policy
At YourSpex by GKB Eyecare, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchases. Our refund and exchange policy for international orders is as follows:
Eligibility
Refunds or exchanges for eyeglasses or powered sunglasses must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Quality Check
Refunds will only be processed once the returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes the requisite quality check.
Store Credit
If you opt for Store Credit when filing a return request, this choice cannot be changed later.
Buy One Get One Offers
Partial refunds are not applicable for products purchased under the Buy One Get One offer, as outlined in the terms and conditions.
